Shipping

We currently ship our ceramic pieces throughout Europe and the United States. If you reside outside these areas and are interested in purchasing one of our pieces, please contact us in this email. Thank you.

Handing time

We need 3 to 5 days to prepare your purchase with care. If you need your shipment to leave as soon as possible or you need it to be delivered on a specific date, please let us know before making your purchase.

Estimated shipping times

Spain: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-3 weeks
United States: 2-3 weeks
I will do my best to meet the estimated shipping deadlines, but I can not guarantee them.

Tariffs and customs duties

Buyers will pay applicable tariffs and customs duties. we are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Returns

We only accept returns in the case that the piece has arrived damaged, in that case, contact us before 24 hours after the arrival of the shipment, take photographs of both the piece and the package so we can figure out what has happened. If the problem has been with the shipping company, we will refund your money and we will send someone to pick up the damaged piece.
Before buying one of our pieces make sure you have read the description of the piece and the Store Policies of the shop carefully. We take high quality photos so you can know as accurately as possible what you will receive.
